The cap is our custom four-panel, low-profile design constructed of quick dry, light weight microfiber material with a performance moisture management sweatband.  For safety, we have built in reflective trim in the sandwich brim and on the back adjustable strap that is secured with a hook and loop fastner.

The (4) LED 2575 patent pending lighting system features two wide spread 3mm LEDs that are angled downward to light up where your feet are planted.  There are two additional 5mm narrow beam LEDs that project forward to light up your path and make you visible to others.  There is a convenient on/off switch located under the left side of the brim with a tactical feel embroidered target area.  The lighting system includes a (4) lithium coin cell enclosed battery pack concealed comfortably in the sweatband.  The average battery life is around 35 hours.  The batteries can be easily replaced and are widely avaialble.  

The caps are extremely light weight and comfortable.  They come in black and white in unisex sizing and pink in women's size.  The caps can be hand washed or washed in the top rack of your dishwasher.
